With the FixtureCreator you can create or modify fixtures for Freestyler. When finished you can export it to one file which contains all source files, this is very handy to backup your fixtures or distribute them.

Fill in the manufacturer; this is also the name that will appear in the fixturelist.
If the manufacturer already exists please respect the already existent name.
When you click on the fixture picture, the imagelist will be filled up with all the pictures that reside in the "Fixture" folder. Search for the corresponding fixture and click on it. The picture will appear in the textbox and the image is loaded.
In the commentbox, you put a versionnumber, if it's tested and other relevant data.
In the channellabels you put the channel of the corresponding function. Please keep in mind that a channel can not exceed 33!
The channel description will be used as tooltip on the sliders and in the output window. These descriptions are limited to 8 characters and most of them are filled in automatically after completing the first page.

First of all fill in the channelvalues for the gobos, afterwards click in the first empty Picture field.
Select in the imagelist the desired gobo, when successful the gobo will appear on the right. If it's unsuccessful a red cross will appear, indicating that there was an error.
The way of configuring colors is the same as the gobo configuration

In the "Special functions" tab you can define macros for this fixture. These macros collect values for all or a part of the channels. If you don't want to have a value for a channel just leave it blank.

Freestyler has support for framing systems like in the Martin MAC2000 performance.

Fill-in the channelnumbers and the rotation channel (if available).
When the fixture is loaded into Freestyler a new icon
will be visible wich gives you access to following window:

If you want to backup your fixtures or you want to distribute your fixtures then use the export function. This function packs all the source files into one file: *.pff.

The *.pff file can be retrieved in the export directory.
These files can be imported again by using the import function of the FixtureCreator or by double clicking on the *.pff file. This will install all the files to the right locations.
ATTENTION: Never rename a *.pff file !!!
